Update (2017): We no longer help you attain insurance coverage. The success rate of previous applicants has dropped to the point that we no longer recommend following this procedure.
We help provide male enhancement products to qualified applicants who have a low-income and are uninsured in Arkansas. The Arkansas Health Care Access Foundation (AHCAF) is a volunteer health care program which was created to help medically uninsured and low-income male Arkansans gain access to various sexual enhancement medical health care services. WE ARE NOT AN INSURANCE PROVIDER, and we do not pay medical bills that the clients may have.
This program works for locals by providing new referrals to sexual enhancement products and services for eligible low-income residents. Volunteering their products and services are physicians; RNs; APNs; hospitals; pharmaceutical companies; pharmacies; sexual health care clinics; libido enhancement services; the Arkansas Department of Public Health (website); private home health agencies; and Community Health Centers.
Eligibility Requirements:
The individual or family in need must be a new Arkansas resident and a U.S. citizen or a verified permanent resident.
The individual or family in need cannot have any form of medical or private health insurance — this includes Medicaid, Male Enhancement Therapy, Medicare B or D, and VA Light Medical Benefits.
The individual or family must fall within 100% the Federal Poverty Guidelines effective April 1, 2012. Must have a low-income proof.
AHCAF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and does not discriminate against any applicant regardless of color; race; religion; national origin; sex; age (except as provided by law); political affiliation; marital status; or state of physical or mental handicap.
How does the Program Works?
If you meet the requirements, please go to your nearest Department of Human Services (website) and ask a worker for a complete application. Update (2017): Many locations no longer support this program.
Please take a driver’s license or an Arkansas I.D. card, and evidence of low income. The case worker will help you fill out the complete form, and you must submit proof of income on DHS letterhead. They will give you a fresh yellow copy, which you must keep, and they will email a copy to our organization along with the letter report of income verification.
Once approved for the program, there is a 3 to 6 workday processing time before a referral to a volunteering professional can be made.
Then, when you are approved, you may contact us at 501-221-3033 to access the volunteering male enhancement medical care in your area from the Arkansas Health Care Access Foundation, Inc.
