Finally able to cancel subscription

I was shocked when I received another bottle of the pill without ordering again. I never planned to place another order as I didn’t think it worked well for me. I had an upset stomach for the whole first week so I stopped taking immediately.

I called the phone number on their site and talked to a representative who was quick to address my concern. She apologized and assured me that she will cancel the subscription from their end. I checked my bill the following month and was relieved that the payment for my last order was also canceled.

Be careful of the trial

I claimed a 14-day trial from a third party website. I received the bottle after a week and was very disappointed when they charged me for that order. It was supposed to be free. I checked the packaging again and there was a printed slip that says if I don’t contact them within 14 days, they will assume that I am happy with the product and will, therefore, charge me for the bottle.

This was not mentioned on the checkout page, which tells me they are wanting their customers to miss this instruction on purpose. I called them but I was not able to get an assurance that the charge will be canceled. I hung up because I got annoyed with the customer service who was focused on convincing me to continue taking the pill.

I sent them an email but never got a response. I still get charged after 3 months, and my credit card company does not seem to know how to get around this.

I am also having difficulty canceling my free trial. I ordered a bottle of Evermax and they asked me to top up with another supplement, the whole order totaling to about £150. The second order came in after a month which confused me because I didn’t want to order any more. Also, the packaging of the sample and the second bottle sent to me were different.

I won’t be taking any more of these pills so I returned the package to where it came from. Hope there won’t be more shipments as I already emailed them.
