Tips for Easier Ejaculation

For guys who spend more than 30 minutes of sexual stimulation prior to reaching orgasm, these tips and techniques will be helpful for a faster ejaculation.

Less Masturbation

Naturally, if you masturbate less, all those pent-up libidos will drive you (sort of) sexually mad. This is not a bad thing really and will help you reach climax with less effort.

Masturbation Tips

If you want to cum fast while jerking off, incorporate these techniques:

  • Use a lubricant. Some variants offer a “hot” or “spicy” sensation which is effective for some guys.
  • Stimulate your penis’ head, which is a sensitive part of your tool. Keep a light grip so your penis won’t get numb.
  • Try to make some motions, like moving your hips a bit or squeezing your butt.
  • If you are into Kegel exercises, control how much you contract and relax your pelvic muscles. If you Kegel too long or too hard, you’re bound to lose your erection, and you might find yourself starting all over again.
  • Slow down your pace when your erection becomes rock hard. This will give you the urgent desire to reach orgasm. Continue using a slow pace until you feel you’re about to explode.

Before Sex

Pee before you start. A full bladder or the all-present sensation to take a leak in the middle of a sexual intercourse distracts you from attaining your ejaculatory goal.

If possible, avoid sexual drive killers. For some guys, alcohol and certain medications drive away a man’s urge. One warning though, if your medications are the culprit for your ejaculation problems, don’t throw them away yet at the first instance. Consult your doctor first and see if there are better alternatives.

In addition, explore changing the place of your sexual activity. Note this change of scenery if it made you more stimulated and helped you cum faster.

Some users claimed that using a penis pump could also improve your sexual performance.

During Sex

Extend foreplay. Change positions. If you find oral sex very stimulating, indulge in it as long as you both like before the two of you dive into actual penetration. For some couples, touching and dirty words increase the desire for orgasm.[1]

Control your breathing. Though most guys use this technique to last longer and prevent premature ejaculation, others use this to cum quicker.

Try Supplements

Many supplements on the market are known not only to increase libido or give stiff boners but also to help men attain faster ejaculations. Examples of these supplements include Maca, Horny Goat Weed, Yohimbe, Tribulus Terrestris, Ginkgo Biloba, Beta-alanine, and L-arginine.[2]

There are also male enhancement pills such as ProSolution, Semenax, VigRX, ExtenZe, and Male Extra.

Note that Viagra does not change sex drive, but only increases penis blood flow.

Seek Medical Attention

If everything else fails, pay your doctor a visit. Your inability to ejaculate faster may have a deeper physical or psychological connection. The best way to address your situation then is perhaps through medical intervention.

The problem could be diabetes or early stages of it.

Well buddy, your issue may be looking you right in the face, too much masturbation can deplete your sperm count and your body can’t keep up. Try holding off on masturbating for a few days and see if that helps, if it doesn’t, see a doctor.

I’m 14 and I’m curious if it’s normal if I masturbate laying on my right side with my penis between my hand and my leg and pretending like it’s a vagina. I’ve noticed it’s an instinctive thing because I did it even when I was young (though I did not ejaculate). I’ve tried to masturbate normally but I feel like I get really close but it just doesn’t happen. Is masturbating like this normal? How can I ejaculate while masturbating normally?

I feel your frustration. If you go longer than 30 min of piv, then you are officially suffering from DE Delayed Ejaculation. Ideally, you would see a psych, months of talk therapy. Otherwise, you could try sen sate focus. That is when you concentrate your thoughts right on the most sensitive part of your cock, and hold that focus, no multitasking allowed here if you want 2 nut. You deserve some fun. Keep trying as nuts are good/necessary for your mental health.

For some reason, it takes me a long time to cum when I am jerking off. Sometimes its quick. Other times my arm can’t hold out long enough to reach because it gets weak. But it always gets so close.

I’ve always jerked it really fast. Could that be the issue? When I’m trying to have sex and it just won’t happen, need to take it slow and steady, it really sucks. It even takes forever when I’m getting oral sex. Help me please.

I’m 17 years old, I masturbate x2 daily, 7 days a week, but for some reason for the last few months I’ve been having trouble producing cum. I watched Gay p*rn to see if that might help, but it doesn’t seem to do anything, which I’m very worried about this.

I do the same thing, just sometimes more or less often. Lay off the fapping for a while, it helps.

Recently, I had problems reaching orgasms while making love to my wife. I can usually cum by jerking off to porn. What is going on?

Lucas Owenby says May 16, 2018

It may be the porn that is lowering your sex drive. Try to abstain from porn for a few weeks and see if that helps.

Really hard to find any information on this subject. This has been the most informative I’ve found. Everywhere else just tells you to tell your woman to do Kegels.
