Not worth it

I have been using this for 2 months now. I was surprised when another bottle was sent to my door after a month of my purchase. I was not informed that they will keep sending bottles and charge my card.

I called them and they let me wait for 45 minutes before telling me that my subscription has been canceled.

So far, I have not noticed any positive effects that the manufacturers claim.

Very expensive

I learned about this supplement from a radio ad. I went ahead and tried a bottle but didn’t take another.

I took a testosterone levels test and my levels are at 298, which is very low according to my doctor.

I bought additional 3 bottles of Ageless Male to see if it can help improve my levels. I made a record of my intake and sometimes would take an extra capsule for a faster boost.

However, when I went in for another test 3 after finishing the 3 bottles, the test results showed 315. This is still way below the normal levels. I am very disappointed with this product.

Their website is filled with fake positive reviews. It is weird that you cannot see one negative review about them on their website, although that is a common marketing strategy nowadays.

Anyway, I tried this product as I seen it on the TV. Their commercial is really convincing. I got the product at only $15 when I told the sales person on the phone that I cannot afford the $50 price tag on a supplement that I haven’t tried before. I got the bottle quickly and felt the increased sexual drive on the first week. But the negative side effects are not worth it. I have constant headaches, diarrhea, and I cannot sleep at night.

I also searched about this product’s ingredients. Some of them are not good at all. Ageless Male has a high concentration of Saw Palmetto. This ingredient can lead to enlarged prostate. So if you already have problems with your prostate, do not take Ageless Male.

Caltrops has only been tested on animals and is not proven a good chemical for humans. Cissus Quadranglaris causes diarrhea, insomnia and headache. No wonder why I experience these!

Anyway, there are a few lucky men out there who had good experience with this supplement. I guess it depends on person to person.

  • Saw Palmetto – This prevents the body to transform testosterone into DHT.

  • Chlorophytum Borivilianum – Also referred to as Safed Musli, this ingredient is a known aphrodisiac that has been used in Asia for a long time. This ingredient is also present in other male enhancement supplements as it has the potential to increase hormone levels.
  • LJ100 – A jack extract that increases hormones in the blood.
  • Fenugreek – The main ingredient of Ageless Male. This is a medicinal herb that is responsible for improving body strength. Studies have also proven that the extract Testofen found in Fenugreek can improve sexual function and testosterone levels. [1]

Personal Review

Week 1 to 2

The recommended dosage for Ageless Male is 2 capsules per day. I took the supplement regularly in the morning after breakfast. On the fifth day, I noticed that my energy has increased. Other than that, there were no significant changes in my body.

Week 3

In addition to the increase in energy, I also noticed that I have better mood every day. I also started having frequent erections and great sex drive.

Week 4

First few days of the fourth week is as great as the third week but as I am nearing the end of the fourth week, I noticed that I began having acid reflux. I also needed to visit the toilet more than usual.

Week 5

This week, I started taking the capsules just after dinner. My acid reflux has improved and my toilet routines became regular in the morning. Overall, my mood and libido are still great.

Variations

Ageless Male has three variations, each working differently than the other.

Ageless Male (regular)

This is the first variation that was produced by New Vitality.

Ageless Male targets the free testosterone in the body.

In general, the body has 2% free testosterone that is traveling throughout the body to be used by the muscle and bone whenever needed.

This variation targets both free testosterone and total testosterone. Total testosterone also referred to as “bound testosterone” is binded with other substances in the body.

This testosterone may bind to either of these two proteins: sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) [2][3] (about 65%) or albumin [4] (up to 30%). Testosterone bound to SHBG is relatively useless so Ageless Male Max will target those that are bound to albumin to increase the useful testosterones in the body.

Ageless Male Max’s active ingredient is KSM-66 – a root extract of Ashwagandha. This extract improves libido, mood, and sperm quality.

Overall, the manufacturer claims that Ageless Male Max can help men lose extra fats. When this supplement is coupled with regular exercise, KSM-66 will be able to help improve muscle mass faster.
