Totally scammed

I didn’t even finish the bottle when I gave up on this product. I forgot about it for a while as I was traveling for a few months.
I received a package a few days after I came home. There was a note with it that says “rebill”. It means I have been receiving bottles but they are getting returned to the manufacturer but I get charged anyway.

I called the company to complain. I talked to a girl who doesn’t have an American accent. I told her I want to cancel the future shipments but she went on to convince me to keep taking the product.

Problem is, I don’t want to take any more pills. So I told her repeatedly that the shipments really need to stop. Again, she told me to give the product more time to kick in. I hung up because I have been talking with her for about 30 minutes and we are just running around the bush.

I then called my credit card company and asked them to cancel the payments to this company. Glad they are helpful on this matter.
Later in the day, I noticed I got a voice call from customer support lady telling me the same thing.

Already canceled but charged

I called the customer service and they agreed to cancel my subscription. 2 weeks later, I get another bottle at the door.

I was furious so I called them again and they assured me that it was already canceled and there must have been a mistake.

I keep getting charged after 4 months! Stay away from this company.

Still paying for returns

Bad heartburns

Only used this product for less than a week. I started having heartburn immediately after the first dose. It was so bad I cannot sleep well.

When I emailed them to stop the free trial, I did not get a response, and I got charged £80.00 for another bottle.

This supplement works well for me. I had an upset stomach for a while which gradually went away. If you are a healthy individual with no other health issues, it is generally safe. I don’t have other issues except for low libido. My desire for sex obviously increased, and the energy boost is apparent. I have already recommended this to my friend.

Finally able to cancel subscription

I was shocked when I received another bottle of the pill without ordering again. I never planned to place another order as I didn’t think it worked well for me. I had an upset stomach for the whole first week so I stopped taking immediately.

I called the phone number on their site and talked to a representative who was quick to address my concern. She apologized and assured me that she will cancel the subscription from their end. I checked my bill the following month and was relieved that the payment for my last order was also canceled.

Be careful of the trial

I claimed a 14-day trial from a third party website. I received the bottle after a week and was very disappointed when they charged me for that order. It was supposed to be free. I checked the packaging again and there was a printed slip that says if I don’t contact them within 14 days, they will assume that I am happy with the product and will, therefore, charge me for the bottle.

This was not mentioned on the checkout page, which tells me they are wanting their customers to miss this instruction on purpose. I called them but I was not able to get an assurance that the charge will be canceled. I hung up because I got annoyed with the customer service who was focused on convincing me to continue taking the pill.

I sent them an email but never got a response. I still get charged after 3 months, and my credit card company does not seem to know how to get around this.

I am also having difficulty canceling my free trial. I ordered a bottle of Evermax and they asked me to top up with another supplement, the whole order totaling to about £150. The second order came in after a month which confused me because I didn’t want to order any more. Also, the packaging of the sample and the second bottle sent to me were different.

I won’t be taking any more of these pills so I returned the package to where it came from. Hope there won’t be more shipments as I already emailed them.
